Qingdao Jimo West Sewage Treatment Plant

Jimo West Wastewater Treatment Plant will build a second-phase wastewater treatment project in 2019 with a scale of 50,000m³/d, using grid + primary sedimentation + multi-stage AO + secondary sedimentation tank + magnetic coagulation reaction + precision filtration process. The new process uses two sets of DOSCON intelligent dosing systems to control the intelligent and precise dosing of sodium acetate for denitrification and denitrification and the coagulant PFC of the magnetic coagulation reaction unit. The effluent TN concentration is 11~13mg/L and the TP concentration is 0.2~0.3 mg/L, the saving of comprehensive medicine is 27.1% (stability is between 22%~30%).
