Jiaxing Honghe Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrading Standard

The treatment scale is 20000m³/d, including printing and dyeing wastewater, which is difficult to treat and leads to high costs for chemical consumption. Using the DOSCON intelligent coagulant control system, the effluent TP emission standard has improved from 0.5mg/L to 0.3mg/L, and the stability of the SS removal rate has improved as well. The treatment costs are reduced from 0.19 yuan/tonne to 0.13 yuan/tonne with automated multi-parameter dosing, saving 31.6% in coagulant consumption.
