Sichuan Neijiang Chuanwei phenol cyanide chemical wastewater
Sichuan Chuanwei phenol-cyanide plant uses air flotation + A 2 /O + coagulation sedimentation + adsorption de-colorization to treat its chemical wastewater. The treatment capacity is 2000m³/d, and two sets of DOSCON intelligent dosing systems are used to control the alkalinity replenishment meter liquid Na2CO3 alongside mixed dosing of de-colorizing agents after setting. The dosage of sodium carbonate is reduced from 3.1 tons/day to 2.0 tons/day. Savings in consumption of sodium carbonate is about 35.4%, and the decolorizing agent is saved by 18%.
Neijian demonstrates the applicability of DOSCON BOX and its IoT applications in industries beyond household sewage wastewater treatment. The potentail cost savings and reduction of environmental footprints are significant for commercial industries dependent on real-time data for optimal chemical dosing.
